复方甲地孕酮微囊注射液溶出度的研究

STUDY ON DISSOLUTION RATE OF INJECTION OF MICROENCAPSULATED COMPOUND MEGESTROL ACETATE

作者采用一阶导数光谱法测定复方甲地孕酮微囊注射液中甲地孕酮的溶出度。实验结果表明:本品中甲地孕酮溶出度t_(50)为60.16d,破囊后为15.89d,未包囊者为15.87d(P<0.01)。以上结果与家兔体内和妇女体内的参数均有线性的相关性。

Dissolution rate of megestrol acetate inthe injection of microencapsulated com-pound megestrol acetate was determined bythe first derivative spectrum amptitude me-thod. The experimental results reveal thatt_(50) of the microencapsulated sample(Ⅰ)isabout 60.16 d,while the broken microencap-sulated sample (Ⅱ) is about 15.89 d andthe unmicroeneapsulated sample (Ⅲ) about15.87d. The difference is regarded as ofobvious significance (P<0.01) . The valuesof the dissolution rate were linear with theparameters of rabbits and women both invivo.
