用最小二乘法研究涤纶非织造布的燃烧性能

摘要 使用锥形量热仪测试不同密度涤纶非织造布的燃烧性能,运用Origin Pro8.0软件中的最小二乘法拟合分析最大热释放速率、总热释放量、最大生烟速率、总生烟量以及一氧化碳产率和二氧化碳产率等性能参数,发现其都与密度呈线性关系,表明涤纶非织造布的密度直接影响其燃烧性能.该结论为从混配纤维燃烧性能检测到同配比混纺织物燃烧性能评定提供了参考价值. Cone calorimeter has been used to test the combustion performance of polyester nonwoven fabrics with density in the range of 0. 6 ~ 4. 2 g/cm3. The combustion indexes such as the maximum heat release rate,the total heat release,the maximum smoking rate,the total amount of smoke as well as the yield of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide were correlated with the density of the fabrics by using the least square method embedded in Origin Pro8. 0 software. It is found that there is a linear relationship between these indexes and the densities of the fabrics. This implies that the combustion performance of the polyester nonwoven fabrics is directly affected by their densities. This conclusion provides a basis for the evaluation of the flammability of a blend fabric that has the same recipe with a mixed fiber.
