摘要
通过人体体表热湿实验,采集了10名从事骑行运动或体育训练的女性在骑行过程中体表温度和湿度数据,经过分析得出了在骑行过程中人体皮肤温度和湿度的变化规律,并得到了骑行运动人体表面的热湿分区.结果表明:在骑行过程中女性躯干温度高于下肢温度,其中前胸点和背部温度高于初始体温3%,臀部散热情况较差;前胸、背部和腋下是骑行过程中出汗量较大的部位.同时结合骑行运动特点得出了女性体表热湿分区图.
Through the experiment of human body heat and moisture,collected 10 professional women riding in the riding process of the surface temperature and humidity data. Through analysis,obtained the riding sports body surface heat and moisture in the riding process partition changes of human skin temperature and humidity. In the process of riding,the trunk temperature will be higher than the temperature of lower limbs,chest and back which will be higher than the initial temperature and the body temperature of about 3%,hip heat is bad; the chest,back,armpit sweat is part of a large amount of riding process. At the same time,combing with the characteristics of cycling sport it is concluded that the female body hot and wet partition design.
