竹纤维素浆粕/[AMIM]Cl/DMSO复配溶液的流变特性研究 被引量:1

摘要 将竹纤维素浆粕溶于离子液体1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([AMIM]Cl)和有机溶剂二甲基亚砜(DMSO)复配体系中制成纺丝溶液,研究温度和[AMIM]Cl含量对体系稳态和动态流变性能的影响.稳态流变测试结果显示:随温度升高,溶液的零切黏度(η_0)和表观黏度(η_a)下降,而随着[AMIM]Cl含量增大,η_0、η_a和黏流活化能(Eη)皆增加.动态流变测试结果显示:随温度升高和[AMIM]Cl含量下降,溶液的储能模量(G')和损耗模量(G″)皆下降,而损耗因子(tanδ)则增加. The bamboo cellulose pulp was dissolved in a solvent consisting of an ionic liquid,1-allyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([AMIM]Cl),and an organic solvent,dimethyl sulfoxide( DMSO). The influence of temperature and the content of [AMIM]Cl on the static and dynamic rheological properties of the solutions were investigated. The steady-state rheological tests show that with the increase of temperature,the zero shear viscosity( η0) and apparent shear viscosity(ηa) of the solution all decrease. With the increase of [AMIM]Cl content,η0,ηaand viscous flow activation energy( Eη) all increase too. The results of dynamic rheological tests show that with the increase of temperature and [AMIM]Cl content,the storage modulus( G’) and loss modulus( G″) of the solution decrease but the loss factor( tanδ) increases.
