家庭劳动力流动对农户宅基地流转意愿的影响分析

Analysis on the Influence of Farmers' Homestead Transfer by Family Labor Mobility

农村劳动力流动是当前社会的突出现象,把握家庭劳动力流动对农户宅基地流转意愿的影响规律,是制定相关宅基地流转政策的一个重要参考。以江西省为研究对象,发放456份问卷,运用Probit回归模型分析了影响农户宅基地流转意愿的因素,以期为推进农村宅基地流转、建设资源节约型社会提供参考。结果表明:年龄、文化程度、家庭抚养系数、宅基地数量对农户宅基地流转意愿都有重要影响;家庭劳动力流动到县域外和到县域内非农就业的收入比重正向影响农户宅基地流转意愿,但县域外非农就业收入比重的影响程度大于县域内非农就业收入比重;家庭劳动力流动到县域外和县域内非农就业的数量比重正向影响农户宅基地流转意愿,但县域内非农就业数量比重的影响程度大于县域外非农就业数量比重。

Rural labor mobility is a prominent phenomenon in rural society currently,and it is an important reference to formulate related homestead transfer policy that understand the influence law of farmers’homestead transfer by family labor mobility.Jiangxi Province was used as the research object and issues 456 questionnaires were comducted,using Probit regression model to analysis the influence factors of farmers’willingness about homestead transfer,the purpose is to help to promote the transfer of rural house and build a resource-saving society.The study showed that,farmer’s age,education level,family support coefficient,number of homesteads all had a significant impact on the willingness of farmers to transfer their homesteads.Both percentage of the non-farm employment income of farmers’family laborers flowing outside the county and within the county all had a positive impact on the willingness of farmers to transfer homesteads,but the degree of influence of the proportion of non-farm employment income outside the county was greater than within the county.Both percentage of the number of non-farm employment of farmers′family laborers flowing outside the county and within the county all had a positive impact on the willingness of farmers to transfer homesteads,but the degree of influence of the proportion of the number of non-farm employment within the county was greater than outside the county.
