蒲菜研究进展

Advances in Research of Common Cattail

主要综述了目前国内外对蒲菜的研究状况,包括生物学特性研究、现有蒲菜资源的分类和不同品种的自有特性、栽培技术研究、生理生化研究、采后加工研究以及环境治理研究。国外研究主要集中在环境治理上,国内对蒲菜研究各个方面都还比较少,对新品种的选育还需要进一步加大,在栽培方面还有待进一步创新,生理生化采后处理研究需要深入开展。

This study reviewed the current situation at home and abroad on cattail.Including the biological characteristics,existing cattail resources,classification of its own characteristics and different varieties,cultivation techniques,physiological and biochemical research,keeping fresh and environmental treatment.Foreign research focused on environmental governance,domestic cattail study was still relatively small,the breeding of new varieties needed to be further increase in cultivation to be further innovation.Physiological and biochemical reserches were needed to deeply develop.
