摘要
以兔眼蓝莓‘Gardenblue’为试材,采用盆栽试验的方法,研究了不同浓度(0、1.0、2.5、5.0、10.0mmol·L-1)Mn2+胁迫下蓝莓叶片生理和结构的变化。Mn2+胁迫下,叶片中叶绿素(Chl)、类胡萝卜素(Car)和可溶性蛋白质(SP)含量先升后降;过氧化氢(H2O2)、脯氨酸(Pro)含量呈下降趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量10mmol·L-1 Mn2+处理时有所下降;水杨酸(SA)和乙烯前体(ACC)含量呈上升趋势,脱落酸(ABA)含量在10mmol·L-1Mn2+处理之前较稳定;叶片气孔及表皮细胞无显著变化。综上所述,‘Gardenblue’对过量的锰具有一定的耐受性,其中1.0~5.0mmol·L-1Mn2+处理浓度适合其生长。
The physiological and structural changes of blueberry leaves under different concentrations of Mn2+were studied by pot experiment with rabbiteye blueberry‘Gardenblue’as material.Under Mn2+stress,the contents of chlorophyll(Chl),carotenoid(Car)and soluble protein(SP)increased first and then decreased;hydrogen peroxide(H2O2)and proline(Pro)contents decreased,Malondialdehyde(MDA)content decreased under 10 mmol·L-1Mn2+treatment,salicylic acid(SA)and ethylene precursor(ACC)content increased and abscisic acid(ABA)content was stable before 10 mmol·L-1Mn2+treatment;leaf stomata and epidermal cells did not change significantly.In summary,‘Gardenblue’had a certain tolerance to excess manganese,and 1.0-5.0 mmol·L--1Mn2+treatment concentration was suitable for its growth.
