黑龙江省休闲农业与美丽乡村评价及耦合协调度分析

Evaluation of Leisure Agriculture and Beautiful Villages in Heilongjiang Province and Analysis of Coordination Degree

探索休闲农业与美丽乡村耦合关系是促进二者共同发展的基础。以黑龙江为研究对象,运用熵权法和综合指数法测算二者的发展指数和乡村耦合协调度。结果表明:1)黑龙江省休闲农业与美丽乡村指数在2005—2017年总体上均呈现上升态势,但上升模式明显不同。从休闲农业指数发展来看,上升最快阶段是2005—2008年;美丽乡村发展指数来看,发展上升最快阶段为2016—2017年,主要受美丽乡村规划的影响。2)黑龙江省休闲农业与美丽乡村耦合度水平不高,但协调度呈逐年上升的态势,2005—2014年黑龙江省休闲农业与美丽乡村协调属于美丽乡村滞后型,2015—2017年属于休闲农业滞后型,因此,增加黑龙江省休闲农业与美丽乡村发展及耦合协调关系应从政府引导,公开宣传、完善机制等方面进行开展。

Exploring the coupling relationship between leisure agriculture and beautiful villages are the basis for promoting the common development of the two.Heilongjiang Province was taken as the research object,and the entropy weight method and the comprehensive index method were used to calculate the development index and the villages coupling coordination degree.The results showed that,1)Heilongjiang Province′s leisure agriculture and beautiful villages index showed an overall upward trend in 2005—2017,but the rising pattern was significantly different.From the perspective of the development of the leisure agriculture index,the fastest rising stage was 2005—2008;in terms of the beautiful villages development index,the fastest growing stage of development was 2016—2017,which was mainly affected by the beautiful villages planning.2)The level of coupling between leisure agriculture and beautiful villages in Heilongjiang Province were not high,but the degree of coordination was increasing year by year.From 2005 to 2014,the coordination of leisure agriculture and beautiful villages in Heilongjiang Province belongs to the beautiful villages lag type,and belongs to leisure agriculture lag type in 2015—2017.Therefore,increasing the development and coupling and coordination of leisure agriculture and beautiful villages areas in Heilongjiang Province should be carried out in terms of government guidance,publicity and improvement mechanisms.
