钻井液用离心机传动方案设计与评价

摘要 目前,石油矿场钻井液固控系统所用离心机均为卧式螺旋沉降离心机,其使用效果主要取决于分离因数和转鼓与螺旋的转速差。利用功能原理设计理论对其传动和差速装置进行改进和创新,提出多种传动方案;采用模糊综合评判对不同的传动方案进行了评判,得出双电机变频同步齿形带传动方案具有较好的综合性能。该研究可为钻井液用离心机的改进设计和新产品的开发提供参考。 At present,the centrifuge used in the oil field drilling controlling system for drilling flu- id,is horizontal centrifugal sedimentation centrifuge. The effect mainly depends on the separation factor and the difference rotational velocity between the drum and spiral. Some improvements and innovations for the functional principle design theory were made and a variety of drive schemes were put forward in this article. Due to the fuzzy for many factors about these drive schemes, these different drive schemes with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation were judged and finally the reasonable evaluation and selection were obtained. The reference value to the improvement of cen- trifuge and the development of new products were definite in this study.
