在螺杆泵采油过程中,偏磨失效是抽油杆的主要失效类型。为防止偏磨,需在油管柱和抽油杆上安装扶正器。常用的扶正器大都随抽油杆一起旋转,旋转过程对油流通道阻碍作用很大,而且杆管磨损问题依然严重。研制了一种支撑式螺杆泵驱动杆柱扶正器,该扶正器在胜利油田进行了试验,不仅能够解决杆管偏磨问题,而且提高了采油速度,延长了螺杆泵寿命,具有广阔的应用前景。

During oil production with screw pumps,eccentric wear is a major reason for pump rods failure. In order to avoid eccentric wear, stabilizers are installed between rods and tubings. General stabilizers rotate with pump rods and slow down oil flow velocity,which still leads to an wear problem. Considering this, a new support type stabilizer is supplied and on-site tests gli Oilfield are successfully done. These tests show this kind of stabilizers can solve the wear between rods and tubings, raise oil recovery rate and increase screw pump life.
