Component determination of limestone and dolomite by X-ray fluorescent spectrometry

利用日本岛津公司生产的MXF-2400型X荧光光谱仪，采用四硼酸锂和偏硼酸锂混合熔剂熔融制备样品，减少了基体效应及颗粒效应带来的干扰，同时，实现了石灰石、白云石两个品种多个元素的在线分析，不仅大大缩短了分析时间，提高了工作效率，而且降低了劳动强度。

Using MXF-2400 X-ray fluorescent spectrometer made by Shimadzu Corparation in Japan, preparing samples by fusing mixture of lithium tetraborate and lithium metaborate, we lessen disturbance arising from matrix effect and granular effect and achieve on-line analysis of a variety of elements in limestone and dolomite. We not only greatly shorten analysis time and improve working efficiency but also reduce intensity of labor.
