摘要 重点分析了180mm×180mm GGr15轴承钢铸坯表面渣沟缺陷的成因,通过开展不同拉速、过热度、结晶器新旧铜管、保护渣、结晶器水流量及结晶器水缝宽度对比试验,确定了影响渣沟缺陷的根本因素,最终通过优化结晶器水缝宽度,彻底解决了轴承铜铸坯表面渣沟缺陷。 This document mainly to analyze the forming reason of the slag-scratch on the 180 x 180ram GCrl5 bearing steel casting billet. By means of different contrast test for the drawing speed, overheating temperature, new and old copper tube of the crystallizer, protection slag, water flow of the crystallizer and water-slot width of the crystallizer, to confirm the essential factor to the slag-scratch forming, and then through the improvement of the water-slot width of the crystallizer, to solve the slag-scratch defect of the bearing steel casting billet surface completely.
