摘要
目的评价5×104t/a聚氯乙烯糊树脂技改项目职业病危害控制效果。方法采用职业卫生学现场调查、职业卫生现场检测和实验室分析方法,评价该项目职业病危害程度及防护措施的效果。结果职业病危害因素检测结果表明,化学毒物浓度全部符合职业接触限值的要求,粉尘检测结果短时间接触浓度(CSTEL)合格率为87.5%,时间加权平均浓度(CTWA)合格率为100%,本项目电石落尘的游离二氧化硅含量为2.87%,噪声检测结果合格率为73.3%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施不完善,需加强粉尘和噪声的控制。
[ Objective] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards of 5 ×104t/a PVC paste resin technology project.[ Methods] The degree of occupational disease hazards and effect of protective measures of the project were evaluated by occupational hygiene field investigation, field testing and laboratory analysis method.[ Results] Occupational hazards test results showed that the concentration of chemical toxicants were all in compliance with the requirements of occupational exposure limits,the qualified rate of dust CSTELwas 87.5%, CTWAwas 100%. The free silicon dioxide content of calcium carbide dust was 2.87%.The qualified rate of noise was 73.3%.[ Conclusion] The protective measures of occupational hazards taken by this project is imperfect, the control of dust and noise should be strengthened.
