摘要
目的对天津市某风电设备制造企业(2013年3月试运行)进行职业病危害控制效果评价。方法于2013年8月根据本项目职业病危害的特点,采用现场职业卫生调查、检查表分析、检测检验、对劳动者职业健康检查等方法进行综合分析和定性、定量评价。结果该建设项目在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素:有2个工作位铝合金磨尘、1个氩弧焊工作位电焊烟尘、2个焊接工作位的臭氧空气中职业接触浓度不符合GBZ 2.1-2007中职业接触限值时间加权平均容许浓度(PC-TWA)的要求;噪声有2个工作位工人接触的生产性噪声1天8 h等效A声级不符合GBZ 2.2-2007中工作场所噪声职业接触限值的要求,其他有害因素(锰及其无机化合物、二氧化氮、一氧化碳、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、乙酸乙酯、环己酮)的检测结果均合格。结论该项目生产工艺和设备布局、职业病危害防护措施、个人防护用品、应急救援措施、职业卫生管理等方面均符合《中华人民共和国职业病防治法》和《工业企业设计卫生标准》等国家法律及职业卫生标准的要求。
[ Objective] To evaluate the control effect of occupational hazards in a wind power equipment manufacturing enterprise of Tianjin(which has started running since March 2013).[ Methods] According to the characteristics of occupational hazards in this project, the comprehensive analysis, qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation were conducted by the occupational health field survey, checklist, detection, and occupational health examination in August 2013.[ Results] The concentration of aluminum alloy grinding dust in 2 working positions, the concentration of welding fume in an argon arc welding position, and the concentration of ozone in 2 welding positions were higher than the permissible concentrations-time weighted average(PC-TWA)which were formulated by GBZ 2.1-2007. 8-hour A-weighted equivalent sound level of industrial noise in 2 working positions did not meet the occupational exposure limit of GBZ 2.2-2007. The detection results of manganese and its inorganic compounds,nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, ethyl acetate, and cyclohexanone were qualified.[ Conclusion] The production process and equipment layout, protective measures against occupational hazard, personal protective equipments, emergency rescue measures, and occupational health management meet the requirements of the Code of Occupational Disease Prevention of PRC and the Hygienic standard for industrial enterprises.
