泰州市面制品中铝污染状况调查

Investigation on aluminum contamination in flour products in Taizhou City

目的为了解泰州市面制品中铝的污染状况。方法对泰州市内的4类面制品进行采样,对铝进行检测,并与国家卫生标准进行比较。结果检测4类面制品共132件,铝含量的总合格率为65.6%。其中,馒头铝污染,合格率为29.6%,油条合格率为61.0%,粉丝合格率为71.4%,膨化食品合格率为88.2%。结论泰州市部分面制品中铝含量超标严重,需加强铝污染的预防工作。

[ Objective] To investigate the status of aluminum contamination in flour products in Taizhou City.[ Methods] The samples of four kinds of flour products were collected in Taizhou City. The aluminum content in the samples was measured, and the obtained data were compared with the national health standards for flour products.[ Results] A total of 132 samples were detected, and the total qualified rate of aluminum content was 65.6%. The qualified rate of steamed bread, fried bread stick,vermicelli and puffed food was 29.6%, 61.0%, 71.4% and 88.2%, respectively.[ Conclusion] Some flour products are severely polluted by aluminum in Taizhou City, so it is necessary to enhance the prevention of aluminum contamination.
