摘要
目的了解煤制天然气企业存在的职业病危害因素及对从业人员健康的影响,为控制职业病危害提供依据。方法2015年4月选取某煤制天然气企业为调查对象,对该企业进行职业卫生现场调查和职业病危害因素检测,分析生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素。结果该煤制天然气企业存在物理和化学危害因素,粉尘时间加权浓度为0.42~3.91 mg/m3,超标率为38.1%;噪声接触强度为74.5~92.5 d B(A),超标率40.9%。结论该煤制天然气企业职业病危害因素种类较多,粉尘和噪声超标严重。存在尘肺、噪声聋、一氧化碳和硫化氢中毒的风险,属于职业病危害严重的建设项目,应进一步改善防护措施。
[ Objective] To understand the occupational hazard factors existing in a coal based synthetic natural gas enterprise and the influence on workers' health, provide the basis for controlling the occupational hazards.[ Methods] A coal based synthetic natural gas enterprise was selected from April of 2015 as survey object. The occupational health field investigation and occupational hazard factors detection were carried out, and the occupational hazard factors existing in the production process were analyzed.[ Results] The coal based synthetic natural gas enterprise existed physical and chemical hazard factors. The time weighted concentration of dust was 0.42-3.91 mg/m3, over standard rate was 38.1%. The contact intensity of noise was 74.5-92.5d B(A), over standard rate was 40.9%.[ Conclusion] The occupational hazard factors in coal based synthetic natural gas enterprise was more, dust and noise exceeded the standard seriously. The enterprise exists high risk of pneumoconiosis, noise-induced deafness, carbon monoxide and hydrogen sulfide poisoning, which belongs to the construction project that the occupational hazards are serious. The protective measures should be further improved.
