摘要
本文以玉米芯中水溶性半纤维素HB和乙烯基单体—4乙烯基吡啶(4-VP)为原料,通过均相溶液自由基接枝共聚反应在HB侧链中引入P4-VP聚合物链段,制备出具有p H响应性的新型半纤维素接枝共聚物。将该接枝共聚物与具有温度响应特性的缩醛化改性聚乙烯醇(PVA)通过溶液共混的方法,以戊二醛作为交联剂,成功制备出具有温度和p H双重响应特性Semi-IPN结构的复合水凝胶。采用FT-IR和SEM研究了该水凝胶的化学结构及内部形貌,并以重量法表征了该复合水凝胶在不同温度和p H条件下的溶胀行为。研究结果表明,该复合水凝胶具有温度和p H双重响应特性。
A kind of novel pH sensitive copolymers was prepared by graft copolymerization of 4 - vinyl pyridine (4VP) and the hemicelluloses extracted from corncob in aqueous solution which was initiated by ammonium persulphate (APS). PVA was modified by acetaldehyde to obtained temperature sensitivity. The copolymer solution and APVA solution was mingled and crosslinked by glutaraldehyde to obtained Semi- IPN hydrogel ,which has pH and temperature responsivity. The hydrogel was characterized by FTIR and SEM to study its chemical syrucyure and inner surface, and characterized its swelling behaviors at different temperature and pH solution by weight. The experimental result shows the hydrogel has temperature and pH responsivity.
