摘要
本文对某企业热电联产系统"能源自给"现状进行了成本分析,并与"购电"模式进行了对比,得出"购电"模式的运行成本低于现行模式;在原材料价格不变的前提下,可实现年节约运行成本65.26万元、节能1728t标煤(等价值),并得出两种模式运行的临界煤价为520.23元/t,市场煤价高于临界煤价,"购电"模式更经济;低于临界煤价,则"能源自给"模式更节约成本。
The operation cost under "energy independence" mode of cogeneration system in a papermaking enterprise was analyzed in this paper, it has more cost compared to the "purchase power" mode. The annual savings of operating cost reached to 652,600 RMB based on the same raw material prices, and 1728 t standard coal can be saved (by equal value). The critical prize of coal between two modes was calculated about 520.23 RMB/ton. If the market price of coal above the critical coal, "purchase power" model is more economical, on the contrary," energy independence" model costs less.
