摘要
本文主要介绍我国目前危险固体废物状况,通过对广纸脱墨渣特性分析,采取三级焚烧工艺系统对本公司在生产过程中产生的危险废物脱墨渣进行消纳处理,实现能量转化和减量以及在焚烧过程中为避免烟气而引起二次污染问题,主要通过危险废物焚烧控制系统对炉体进行在线监控和烟气处理工艺对尾气净化,并将终产物灰渣交由专业机构代处理形式进行无害化处理。整套工艺实现废物经济利用与环境协调发展。
This paper mainly introduces hazardous solid waste in our country at present situation. By analyzing the characteristic of Guangzhou Paper deinking sludge, the 3 level incineration process system was adopted to process the hazardous waste deinking sludge for realizing energy conversion and reduction of sludge amount. Taking hazardous waste incineration online monitoring and control system, and adopting flue gas treatment technology to purify tail gas to avoid flue gas causing secondary pollution, as well as handling the end ash innocently by professional institutions, the whole process realizes waste economic use and environmental coordinated development.
