竹材制浆废水在生物处理过程中的行为变化 被引量:6

摘要 本文对竹材制浆废水处理行为进行了研究。当二沉池出水COD200mg/L左右时,混凝剂由液体PAC改为液体Al_2(SO_4)_3,其用量1.5kg/m^3,助凝剂阴离子PAM 5 g/m^3,气浮处理后出水COD66~89mg/L,色度则降至10~30倍,排放水感官大大改善,各指标完全满足了新国标GB3544-2008。首次监测到竹浆废水工程沉淀池、均衡池内的水解菌使竹浆废水BOD/COD从0.37上升至0.43,大大有助于后续曝气池好氧菌将废水中较小分子进一步分解至无机物,好氧池对COD平均去除率高达81.4%。监测发现竹浆废水工程各单元电导率随处理进程而降低,沉淀池是降低电导率的主要单元。废水排放前的混凝处理混入了大量硫酸盐,使电导率有所回升。首次发现了水解菌促进了竹浆废水中NH_3-N、TN、TP的释放,其机理有待进一步研究。本次NH_3-N、TN、TP变化的研究结果表明,原处理工艺不尽合理,好氧池应停加尿素、补加磷酸盐,将有利于生物菌的生长,提高水质处理效果。对竹浆废水处理工程各单元进行BOD/COD、电导率、NH_3-N、TN、TP的研究,尚未见文献报道。 The actions of the bamboo pulping wastewater treatment were researched. When the secondary activated sludge clarifier COD came to 200mg / L or so, 1.5kg / ms liquid A12 (SO4) 3 was taken as a coagulant instead of liquid PAC,5 mg/L PAM was taken as coagulant anionic. After flotation, the effluent COD came to 66- 89mg / L, chroma dropped 10 - 30 times, the discharge water sensory had been greatly improved, and the indicators com- pletely meet the new national standard GB3544 -2008. For the first time the hydrolytic bacteria was monitored that made bamboo wastewater engineering sedimentation tanks and balanced pool BOD / COD increased from 0. 37 to 0.43, which made great contribution to the follow - up treatment of aeration tank's aerobic bacteria further decomposed smaller molecules to inorganic, and the average COD removal in aerobic tank went up to 81.4%. Monitoring found that with the treatment of each unit, bamboo wastewater's conductivity decreased, sedimentation tanks were the main unit to reduce the conductivity. Because mixing lots of sulphate during coagulation, before the discharge of wastewater, the conductivity rebounded. It is the first time that hydrolytic bacteria was discovered in bamboo wastewater promote the release of NH3 -N, TN, TP, but its mechanism needs further study. The changes of NH3 - N, TN, TP indicate that the original treatment process is rational, aerobic tank should add phosphate instead of urea, which is favorable for the growth of biological bacteria and improves water treatment effects.
