鲁奇炉灰锁压力取压管堵塞原因和解决措施

摘要 介绍了气化炉灰锁工艺流程,灰锁在连续排灰过程中,需要高压蒸汽对其冲压,致使蒸汽夹带大量煤灰冲进灰锁压力取压管,造成该取压管堵塞,影响正常生产。根据装置实际情况,将灰锁压力取压点由灰锁改为蒸汽冲压管道出口与灰锁连接处,避免了煤灰进入压力取压管,从根本上解决了取压管堵塞的问题。 The ash lock process of gasifier was introduced in the paper. The ash lock in continuous ash discharge process required high pressure steam stamping, resulting in the entraining by steam of ash into the ash lock pressure tube, and consequently the clogging of the pressure pipe, and affecting normal production. According to the actual situation of the device,the ash lock pressure point was shifted to the connection of steam pipe outlet and ash lock to avoid ash entering, so as to solve the problem.
