摘要
将线性拟合方法应用到刀具磨损曲线的拟合,采用分段线性拟合的思想来拟合刀具磨损的非线性过程。分析了线性拟合的原理,提出采用相关系数来实现对非线性过程的自动分段线性拟合,给出了分段线性拟合算法的详细步骤。对刀具磨损曲线的实际拟合结果表明,该算法拟合的直线准确地反映了刀具的不同磨损状态。
The linear fitting method is applied to the fitting of tool wear curve, and the idea of piecewise linear fitting is used to fit the nonlinear process of tool wear. The principle of linear fitting is analyzed, and the correlation coefficient is put forward to realize automatic piecewise linear fitting of the nonlinear process. The detailed steps of the piecewise linear fitting algorithm are given. The fitting results of tool wear curve show that the proposd method can accurately reflect the different wear states of the tool.
