摘要
根据JPS6IH型湿式喷浆机在煤矿的实践与应用,系统性地进行了优化及适应性改进,彻底解决了工作环境粉尘不达标的难题,有效地维护了职工的身心健康,对现场湿喷机应用情况和技术工艺的使用效果与其他喷浆机进行了对比分析,验证了此湿喷机在井巷支护过程中推广的实用性和先进性,为煤矿井巷工程喷射混凝土提供了一种新的技术和方法。
According to the JPS6IH type wet spraying machine in practice and application of coal mine, has carried on the optimization and improvement of adaptability, completely solved the problem of the work environment dust is not up to standard. The wet spraying machine application and technology use effect are comparatively analyzed to other spraying machine, verified the practicability and the advanced nature of the wet spraying machine in the process of supporting the roadway support, and provide a new technology and method for the construction of coal mine tunnel project.
