企业人才选拔和培养分析

摘要 当前全球竞争时代背景之下,对于企业人才队伍建设水平提出了更高的要求,人力资源成为企业赢得竞争的关键。企业在人才管理方面有着自身的特殊性,人才管理关系到其最终发展目标的实现,因此针对企业人才选拔和培养问题的分析显得尤为重要。本文阐述了当前企业在人才选拔与培养工作方面的基本现状,并针对人才选拔和培养的实施展开了系统性研究。
