现代针灸教材关于头痛的“同功穴”分析

Modern acupuncture teaching material analysis “analogous point”of headache

目的通过查阅、分析和整理现代针灸教材中主治头痛的腧穴,总结归纳出针灸治疗头痛的"同功穴"及其规律谱。方法人工检索和网络检索协同配合,查阅27部针灸相关教材,总结头痛的"同功穴"并分析其规律,对27部教材中主治头痛的腧穴进行频次、归经、所属部位以及规律谱进行分析和对比。结果 27部现代针灸教材中主治头痛的腧穴共有119个,其中出现频次为27(100%)的腧穴共有2个,分别是申脉和丝竹空;所属经脉以足少阳胆经、足太阳膀胱经为主;所在部位以头面部为主。将27部教材中出现频次超过22(81.48%)次以上的腧穴纳入一级谱,共有57个腧穴,而一级谱中50个"同功穴"被收入《国家标准·腧穴主治GB/T30233-2013》,占一级谱腧穴总数的87.72%,与腧穴主治国家标准基本吻合。

Objective Through searching,analysis and sorting of modern acupuncture material indications headache in the textbook,summarizing acupuncture treatment ＂analogous point＂and its regularity of headache. Methods Manual retrieval and network retrieval together to cooperate,refer to 27 of acupuncture related materials with high authority,conclusion headache＂analogous point＂and analyzes its regularity,carries on 27 department about acupuncture teaching materials about the meridian,location,frequency and regular spectrum analysis. Results The 27 materials in modern acupuncture acupoints headache for a total of 119,the frequency was 27（ 100%） of a total of 2 points,Shenmai and Sizhukong respectively; the channel to the foot Shaoyang meridians,bladder meridian mainly; located in the head of the head and face. Making 27 textbooks＇ 22 points or more（ 81. 48%） included in a spectrum,a total of 57 points,while a spectrum of 50＂different points＂by income National Standards o Acupoints GB / T30233-2013,accounted for 87. 72% of total level of spectrum of acupoints,accord with The National Standard of indications of acupoints.
