枳术药对临床配伍运用

Application and Reflects on Clinical Compatibility to the Herbal medicine of Zhizhu

自仲景创枳术汤治水气病,而后有张洁古改汤为丸而治脾胃之内伤,然其药味未曾更迭,仅剂型之改变,所治之病证大异也,必是用药之剂量有所轻重,且二方中白术、枳实如何运用历来未有定论。在跟随导师学习、查阅文献等过程中,发现白术和枳实的运用比例一般有2З1、1З1、1З2三种,且白术、枳实的炮制、剂型等亦有不同。故文章通过病案思考、古代文献考据及现代研究分析,深入学习枳术药对的临床配伍运用,以期更好地指导临床运用。

Zhongjing created the therapy for edema by using herbal medicine soup of Zhizhu in the first place and then Zhang Jie changed the soup to the bolus to treat the internal injuries of spleen and stomach. However,the herbal medicines in prescription have not changed. Only the dosage form has been altered. Are these disease syndromes treated greatly different It must be somewhat heavy and light in dosages of medications. Moreover,it has not been proven so far for how to use two prescriptions containing the Baizhu and Zhishi. In the process of following the teacher to learn and accessing to the literature etc,the author found that the proportion with the Baizhu and Zhishi including 2З1,1З1,1З2,the Baizhu and Zhishi＇s processing,dosage form also different. Therefore,this paper has been in- depth study of clinical compatibility in application of Zhizhu via deeply thinking about the medical records,researching the ancient literature,and analyzing the modern studies in order to preferably guide the clinical application.
