火针结合深刺久留针法分期治疗周围性面瘫

Peripheral facial paralysis at different stages treated by fire-needling in combination with staying deep stab stitch

目的观察火针结合深刺久留针法分期治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法选取周围性面瘫患者35例,急性期采用毫针深刺远端穴和患侧口腔内颊黏膜放血治疗,静止期加火针点刺面部穴位,恢复期火针、毫针结合深刺久留针法治疗,并以House Brockmann分级量表为判定标准,2个疗程后观察疗效。结果 35例患者中痊愈23例,显效7例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率为94.3%。结论火针结合深刺久留针法分期治疗周围性面瘫通过提高机体免疫力及减轻面神经水肿从而促进面神经功能恢复,且在急性期给予面神经良性刺激可以缩短疗程、提高治愈率。

Objective To observe Peripheral Facial Paralysis at different stages treated by Fire-needling in combination with Staying deep stab stitch clinical curative effect. Methods Selected 35 cases of Peripheral Facial Paralysis patients around,Acute phase with filiform needle deep stab distal hole and side buccal mucosa in oral cavity bloodletting therapy,stationary phase to fire needle prick facial acupoints,recovery given fire needle,needle combined with acupuncture treatment,staying deep stab with House Brockmann grading scale as the criterion,after 2 courses of treatment. Results The 35 cases in 23 cases cured,7 cases were markedly improved,3 cases effective,2 cases invalid,and the total effective rate was 94. 3%. Conclusion Fire needle therapy combined with deep acupuncture needle retaining staging treatment of peripheral facial paralysis by improve immunity and reduce facial nerve edema and promote the recovery of facial nerve function,and in the acute phase given facial nerve benign stimulation can shorten the course of treatment,improve the cure rate.
