摘要
用MFT-R4000往复摩擦磨损试验机分别考察了烷氧基磷酸盐(AOP)、二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(Mo DTC)以及两者复配后作为添加剂对汽轮机油减摩抗磨性能的影响,用OLS4000型三维形貌测量仪测量了磨损体积,并借助No Va Nano SEM450/650环境扫描电子显微镜观察了磨痕表面形貌,用EDS能谱仪分析了磨痕表面元素组成,阐述了AOP、Mo DTC及两者复配后作为添加剂在汽轮机油中的减摩抗磨机理。结果表明:当质量分数1%的AOP与质量分数0.3%的Mo DTC复配加入后,汽轮机油的减摩抗磨性能有很大改善,优于单剂的润滑性能。说明添加剂在摩擦表面形成的润滑保护膜起到了减摩抗磨作用。
Abstract: The tribological properties of alkoxy phosphate (AOP), molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate (MoDTC) and their synergistic effect in turbine oil were evaluated by using a MFT- R4000 reciprocating friction and wear tester. The wear vol- ume of worn scar was measured using a three -dimensional topography measurement instrument (OLS4000). The mor- phologies of the worn surfaces were investigated using a scanning electron microscope (NoVaNanoSEM450/650). The typi- cal elements of worn surfaces were tested using an energy - dispersive X - ray spectroscopy (EDS). The wear resistance and friction reducing mechanism of AQP, MoDTC and two additives combination in turbine oil are described. The results show that the combined additives (] %AQP + O. 3 % MoDTC) have better anti -wear and friction reducing properties than that of single additive. In the friction process, the protective film formed by combined additives makes a contribution to anti -wear and friction reducing.
