摘要
通过对Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅳ类基础油老化后油品的分析发现,与Ⅱ类、Ⅳ类基础油相比,老化试验后Ⅰ类基础油的黏度增长率和氧化值明显较低;但是生成了一些不溶于油的沉积物,Ⅰ类基础油的清净性明显差于Ⅱ类、Ⅳ类基础油的清净性能。通过对老化后油品及产生沉积物的凝胶色谱分析和红外分析发现,Ⅰ类基础油老化后生成的大分子含氧极性物质,以沉积物的形式析出,并没有分散在油品中,所以油品的黏度增长率和氧化值较低。
API group Ⅰ , group Ⅱ and group IV base oils were aged with lubricating oil oxidation stability test, the analysis of the aging oils shows that,compared with the aging oils of group Ⅱ and group 1V base oils, the aging oil of group I base oil is obviously lower in viscosity increase rate and oxidation number; but there are deposits. The detergency of the group Ⅰ base oil is worse than that of group Ⅱ and group IV base oils. The aging base oils and deposits were analyzed by the Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC) and Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy( FTIR), the result shows that the group Ⅰ base oil generates some high molecular materials after aging. These materials contain large amounts of oxidation sub- stances, and cant dissolve in oil. Thus the aging oil of group I base oil contains less oxidation substances. It makes less viscosty increase rate, but more deposits.
