Based on IT process view of information system development capability:Theoretical constructs and empirical validation

摘要高质量的信息系统是企业应用信息技术获得竞争优势的基础.基于IT过程观,企业资源观以及IS竞争战略等理论,构建了信息技术资源,信息系统开发能力,信息系统能力之间关系的理论模型.利用我国201家企业的有效样本,通过验证性因子分析验证了信息系统开发能力和信息系统能力的构成.研究结果表明企业信息技术资源无法直接转化成为企业信息系统能力,必须通过信息系统开发能力的中介作用实现. High quality information system is the foundation of the enterprise application of information technology to get competitive advantage.A new theoretical model is constructed including IT resources,IS development capabilities and IS capabilities from the perspectives of IT process view,resource-based view and competitive strategy.Constructs of IS development capabilities and IS capabilities are verified through confirmatory factor analysis using the sample of 201 firms.This study shows that IT resources can not translated into IS capabilities directly,but through the mediating effect of IS development capabilities.
