血压变异性与脑梗死后自发性出血性转化的关系 被引量:17

摘要 目的探讨24 h血压变异性(BPV)与脑梗死后自发性出血性转化(HT)的关系。方法收集急性脑梗死住院患者相关临床资料,根据住院期间复查CT或MRI有无颅内出血分为HT组与非HT组。比较两组的临床特点及BPV。结果本研究共纳入患者39例,其中HT组15例,非HT组24例。HT组年龄明显大于非HT组(P=0.034)。HT组24 h平均收缩压、收缩压标准差、舒张压标准差、舒张压变异系数均明显大非HT组(均P<0.05)。结论血压变异性越大,发生自发性HT的风险就越大。 Objective To investigate the relationship between 24 h blood pressure variability( BPV) and spontaneous hemorrhagic transformation after cerebral infarction. Methods Clinical data of hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction were collected. According to the recheck of brain CT scanning or MRI imaging,patients were divided into hemorrhagic transformation( HT) group( n = 15) and non-HT group( n = 24),clinical characteristics and BPV of two groups were compared. Results Thirty-nine patients were collected in this research,15 cases in HT group,24 cases in non-HT group. Age in HT group was significantly higher than that in non-HT group( P = 0. 034).Systolic blood pressure mean,systolic blood pressure standard deviation,diastolic blood pressure standard deviation,diastolic blood pressure coefficient of variation in HT group were significantly higher than those in non-HT group( all P〈0. 05). Conclusion Spontaneous hemorrhagic transformation may be more risky with higher level of BPV.
