从土货提倡到农村经济复兴的一构想--以1930年代初念二运动为例

A Design from Handmade Goods Promotion to the Chinese Rural Economy Revival——an Example of Nian'er Movement in the Early 1930's

1933年国货年之际,上海大夏大学教育学院院长邰爽秋发起了一场提倡手工土货的念二运动。运动提出了一个从提倡土货到民族复兴的具体理论方案,试图通过心理建设方式来提倡土货。从1933年设立沪西念二社,到1935年与上海市教育局、大夏大学合办沪西民生教育实验区,体现了邰爽秋的土货提倡主张与民众教育思想的结合。因此,念二运动并非单纯的提倡土货,它实际上是辅助邰爽秋民生教育思想的实践。但是无论如何,这一运动的出现,与1930年代初中国农村经济复兴大潮互相呼应,体现了传统手工业在近代中国经济社会结构中的重要性。

The movement of Nian＇er was sponsored to promote handmade goods on the Chinese year by Tai Shuangqiu, who was the president of Education College in Daxia University. The movement advanced a new theory which achieve the regeneration of Chinese nation by means of promoting handmade goods, and try to use mental construction methods. From the Huxi Nian＇er club in 1933 to the Huxi Minsheng education experiment area in 1935,it reflects that the combination of Tai＇s opinion about promoting handmade goods and popularity of education. Therefore, the movement is not simply to promote handmade goods, it is actually to assist in the practice of his Minsheng education thought. Whatever, the movement works in concert with the tide of the revival of Chinese rural economy. And it reflects that the importance of the traditional handicraft industry in modern China＇s economic and social structure.
