闽台地区农业文化遗产开发问题研究

Study on the Exploration of Cultural Heritage of Agriculture in Fujian and Taiwan

本文以闽台生产技能文化遗产资源开发为例,针对闽台生产技能民俗文化遗产保护和生产性开发出现的问题,探讨闽台农业文化资源生产性开发中出现的空巢现象、村官不落村现象、文化资源资本主体问题、申遗成功后的农业非遗安全保护与民俗文化资源资产产权归属问题、民俗节庆文化资源中的传统文化元素归原问题、古村开发开发商与原住民产权利益问题等,并提出分析对策与方案建议。

This paper probes into the process of protecting and exploring the cultural heritage on the producing skills in Fujian and Taiwan, and discussed a series of relevant issues, including ＂Empty Nest Phenomenon＂, village officials failing to assume responsibilities, ownership of cultural resource capital, protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage of agriculture after successful inscription,ownership of property of cultural heritage on folklore, originating the elements of traditional festive culture and the conflict of interests between developers and local residents of ancient villages, with detailed analysis and solutions suggested.
