摘要 对一种低成本的利用电磁波传输特性对油液中铁磁性磨粒进行监测的方案进行了前期研究。首先建立了油液磨粒模型,并针对磨粒相关参数对电磁波传输特性的影响进行了仿真,仿真结果显示磨粒含量与电磁波传输特性具有明显的相关性。然后利用射频识别对磨粒含量的影响进行了试验验证,试验结果显示磨粒含量可以影响电磁波传播特性,与仿真结果相符。 A preliminary study on a low-cost solution for monitoring ferromagnetism debris in oil was demonstrated based on electromagnetic wave transmission features.A model was set up to simulate the affection of debris parameters on electromagnetic wave transmission features.Simulation results indicate an abvious relevance between debris density and electromagnetic wave energy distribution.An experiment was conducted to verify the simulation results based on RFID.
