摘要
目的对不同颅脑影像分析手段在神经纤维瘤病的诊断准确率情况进行分析。方法选取32例2011年1月~2014年1月收治的疑似神经纤维瘤病患者,分别采取16层CT、DR、1.5T核磁共振方法进行影像学分析,在得出病理结果后进行临床诊断准确性分析。结果经病理检查,最终确诊神经纤维瘤病29例,慢性格林-巴利综合征1例,弥漫性星形细胞瘤1例,听神经1例。三种颅脑影像分析结果的敏感度上无显著性差异(P〈0.05),但在准确度和特异度方面,1.5T核磁共振影像分析结果显著优于16层CT影像分析和DR影像分析,且均具有显著性差异,P〈0.05,有统计学意义。结论 16层CT、DR、1.5T核磁共振方法在神经纤维瘤病的颅脑影像分析方面均具有良好的准确度,其中1.5T核磁共振方法更具有优越性,但是由于价格昂贵可根据实际情况进行选择。
Objective To different brain image analysis method in the diagnosis of neurofibromatosis accuracy analysis. Methods 32 cases of our hospital in 2011 January ~ 2014 January who were suspected of neurofibromatosis,adopt16 layer CT,DR,1. 5T nuclear magnetic resonance imaging analysis,analyze the clinical diagnostic accuracy in the pathological results. Results The pathological examination,29 cases of neurofibromatosis,chronic Green Barre syndrome in 1 cases,1 cases of diffuse astrocytoma,1 cases of nerve listen. Sensitivity of no significant differences between the three kinds of brain image analysis( P〈0. 05),but the accuracy and specificity,the results are significantly better than the 16 layer CT image analysis and DR image analysis of 1. 5T nuclear magnetic resonance imaging,and had significant difference,P〈0. 05,there was statistical significance. Conclusions The 16 slice CT,DR,1. 5T nuclear magnetic resonance method in brain imaging analysis of neurofibromatosis have good accuracy,in which 1. 5T NMR method has more advantages,but due to the expensive can choose according to the actual situation.
