中效胰岛素联合薯蓣皂苷治疗老年2型糖尿病对于糖化血红蛋白的影响

Glycated Hemoglobin Effects of Intermediate-acting Insulin Combined Diosgenin for Treating Elderly Patients with Type 2 Diabetes

目的:探讨中效胰岛素联合薯蓣皂苷治疗老年2型糖尿病对于糖化血红蛋白的影响。方法:老年2型糖尿病患者160例根据随机抽签法分为治疗组与对照组各80例,2组都给予中效胰岛素治疗,在此基础上治疗组加用薯蓣皂苷治疗,都治疗4 w。结果:2组的胰岛素用量和血糖达标时间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白值都呈现明显下降的趋势(P<0.05),同时治疗后治疗组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖与糖化血红蛋白值明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间低血糖对照组发生率为10.0%,治疗组低血糖的发生率为8.8%,治疗组的低血糖发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中效胰岛素联合薯蓣皂苷治疗老年2型糖尿病能有效降低血糖,安全性好,其作用可能通过降低糖化血红蛋白形成有关。

Objective： To investigate the glycated hemoglobin effects of intermediate-acting insulin combined diosgenin for trea- ting elderly patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods： 160 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes based on randomly were equally divided into treatment group and control group, both groups were given the intermediate-acting insulin therapy, on the basis of the treatment group were treated with diosgenin treatment for four weeks. Results： The blood glucose time and insulin dosage compared between the two groups were showed no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05） . After treatment, the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values were showed significant downward trend （P 〈 0.05 ）, while the fasting blood glucose, 2h postprandial glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values after treatment in the treatment group were significantly lower than the control group （P 〈 0. 05）. During the treatment, the occurrence of hypoglycemia was 8.8% in the treatment group, so that was 10. 0% in the control group that the incidence of hypoglycemia in the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclu- sion： The intermediate-acting insulin combined diosgenin for treating elderly patients with type 2 diabetes can reduce blood sugar, it has good security, which may by reducing glycated hemoglobin formation.
