溯本求源分析温阳逐瘀定帕汤治疗血管性帕金森综合征

Analysing Medical Record of Treating Vascular Parkinsonism with Wen-Yang-Zhu-Yu-Ding-Pa-Tang

溯本求源分析血管性帕金森综合征中医病因病机,依据其脾肾阳虚、肝气不足、阳虚生风、血瘀动风的基本病机,自拟温阳逐瘀定帕汤以温补脾肾、逐瘀定风之法治疗本病,疗效颇佳,并附临床验案一则。

The basical TCM etiology and pathogensis of Vascular Parkinsonism is insufficiency of the spleen yang and the kidney yang, lack of liver qi, the wind caused by blood stasis and insufficiency of yang qi, which is analysed from the origin. We treated VPS with Wen Yang Zhu Yu Ding Pa in order to warm the yang of both the spleen and the kidney, dispersing blood stasis as well as fix the wind. The curative effect was good so we shared one medical record of it.
