基于中医传承辅助系统的中医药治疗消渴病的组方规律分析

Analysis on Composition Principles of Prescriptions for Diabetes by Using TCM Inheritance System

目的:以《中医方剂大辞典》为研究对象,通过运用中医传承辅助系统(V2.5),对中医药治疗消渴病相关方剂进行用药规律总结,以期在此基础上探索治疗消渴病的新方。方法:通过搜集《中医方剂大辞典》中治疗消渴病的相关方剂,并以中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)为平台,分析治疗消渴病方剂中常见的药物、配伍规律及发现新方。结果:搜集《中医方剂大辞典》中有关消渴病方剂共343首,通过对343首方剂的分析,明确药物出现的频次,药物之间的关联规则,演化得出药物配伍70个及获取新方3个。结论:通过总结治疗消渴病相关方剂中的常用药物配伍及组方用药规律,并在此基础上发现治疗消渴病的新方,为临床治疗消渴病提供参考依据。

Objective： With the Prescriptions of Traditional Chinese Medicine Dictionary as the research object, through the use of TCM inheritance system （ V2. 5 ） to sum up the regulation of the treatment of diabetes which is related to TCM prescription medi- cation, we were expected to based on this to explore a new treatment for diabetes. Methods： Through the collection of prescriptions of which is related to the traditional Chinese medicine dictionary about diabetes, with the TCM inheritance system （ V2. 5 ） as the plat- form, we analyzed the common drugs in the treatment of diabetes prescription compatibility, and found new prescriptions. Results： There are 343 prescriptions about diabetes in the collection of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine dictionary. Through the anal- ysis of 343 prescriptions, clearing of the frequency and the association rules between the evolution of drug, we obtained the 70 compat- ibility of medicine and 3 new prescriptions. Conclusion： Through commonly used drugs and the medicine composition principles of the prescriptions summary, we were based on it finding the new prescriptions for the treatment of diabetes, and provided the reference for the clinical treatment of diabetes.
