摘要 浙江仙居抽水蓄能电站钢岔管模型采用宝钢产的800 MPa级高强钢设计制作,通过在岔管上布置一定的电阻应变片和位移传感器,对其进行水压试验和爆破试验,得到岔管的应力分布和变形情况,与设计院的有限元计算数值相比较,将计算值和试验数值进行比对分析,并对钢岔管进行加压直至爆裂,为仙居抽水蓄能电站钢岔管的最终设计提供试验依据。 It is designed and manufactured of high strength steel of 800 MPa in bifurcated pipe model that pumped- storage hydroelectricity of Xianju,at Zhejiang Province. It is obtained the stress and deformation contour of bifurcated pipe structure which is decorated the strain gauges and displacement sensor through Hydrostatic test and burst test. It studied the experimental and finite element method,comparing with the result of finite element method provided by the Design Institute. At last,the bifurcated pipe is pressed until it is burst,which is experimental support for the final structure design of bifurcated pipe model of pumped- storage hydroelectricity of Xianju,at Zhejiang Province。
