摘要
分布式发电作为技术最成熟的新能源利用方式之一,在国家的大力支持下已经实现连续五年翻番的快速增长。但随着我国分布式发电装机规模的扩大,特别是局部地区分布式发电装机占系统负荷的比重增大,大规模集中式分布式发电开发潜藏的一些技术和管理方面的问题和矛盾日益显现,主要包括分布式发电消纳和安全等方面。文中主要研究分布式发电对调度运行的影响。探索分布式发电调度模式分层调度结构研究,有效提升电网对分散分布式发电的接纳能力。
Distributed generation,as one of the most mature technology,is one of the most mature new energy uses,and has achieved a rapid growth of five years in the country. But with the expansion of installed capacity of distributed generation in China,especially locally distributed power generation installed for system load proportion increases,the potential development of large- scale centralized distributed generation technologies and management problems and contradictions have become increasingly apparent,mainly including the distribution type power consumptive and security. This paper mainly studies the effect of distributed generation on the scheduling operation. Study on the hierarchical scheduling structure of distributed generation scheduling model,effectively improve the power grid's acceptance ability of distributed generation.
