一种防空预警雷达网的综合评估理论方法

Comprehensive Theoretical Evaluation Method of the Air Defense Early Warning Network

面对周边日益增加的远程精确制导武器和复杂电磁干扰等先进武器装备带来的威胁,防空预警网络建设的优劣直接决定着国土防空的安全与否,意义重大。从覆盖指数、重叠数、检测概率以及防空预警雷达网应对"四抗"的能力等方面采用定量分析的方法系统分析了防空预警雷达网建设的影响因素,系统地设立各因素权重系数,提出一种防空预警网络的综合评估理论方法。最后实例验证证明了该方法的可行性。

In face of increasing threat of longrange precision guided weapons, complex electromagnetic interference and other advanced weapons and equipment, the quality of the air defense early warning network construction directly decides whether the homeland air defense is safe or not, and it is of great significance to build a good comprehensive air defense early warning network. From cover index, the number of overlapping, detection probability to the ability of air defense early warning radar network coping with ＂four kinds of threat＂ are systematically analyzed with quantitative method to determine influence factors to the air defense early warning radar network construction, and each influence factor weight coefficient is set up, then a comprehensive theoretical evaluation method of air defense early warning network is proposed. The feasibility of this method is verified with test.
