摘要
MicroRNAs是具有调控基因表达功能的非编码小分子单链RNA,长度约为21-25个核苷酸,在癌症以及其他疾病的发生、发展中发挥着重要的作用。最近的研究发现MicroRNA-7在多种肿瘤细胞中表达异常,而将人工合成的MicroRNA-7导入肿瘤细胞可以明显影响其细胞增殖、侵袭、转移能力。本文就MicroRNA-7在多种肿瘤的研究进展做一综述,并对其在口腔恶性肿瘤中的应用作一展望。
MicroRNAs are small and noncoding RNAs with regulatory functions,about 21 to 25nucleotides,which play an important role in many human diseases,including cancer.Recent studies indicate that abnormal expression of MicroRNA-7exists in a wide variety of tumor cells,and the cell proliferation,invasion and metastasis ability changed after introducing manual MicroRNA-7into tumor cells.In this paper,advances in the research of MicroRNA-7in tumors are summarized,and reasonable prospect is presented on its application in oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor.
