企业专利创造能力影响因素间的跨层次研究 被引量:3

摘要 基于组织内部视角,影响企业专利创造能力的因素具有跨层次的特点,通常领导者通过组织层面影响一般员工,因此构造"企业家素质-组织创新氛围、组织学习能力-员工创新行为"跨层次分析模型,运用SPSS和HLM软件探索四大影响因素之间的作用机制。结果表明,企业家素质与员工创新行为显著相关,组织创新氛围与组织学习能力在企业家素质和员工创新行为之间起到部分中介作用,四大因素之间存在一定的跨层次作用机制。 Based on the internal perspective of organization, factors of the ability to create corporate patent have cross-level features, Generally, the leader affects the general staff through the organizational level, therefore we construct "entrepreneurial qualities—organizational innovation atmosphere, the ability of organizational learning—employee innovative behavior " Cross-analytic hierarchy model, and use softwares of SPSS and HLM to explore the impact mechanism of four factors. The results show that the entrepreneur qualities and employees innovative behavior was significantly associated, organizational innovation atmosphere and the ability of organizational learning between entrepreneurs qualities and employees innovative behavior play an intermediary role in a part, there are some cross-level mechanism of action between the four factors.
