兔眼蓝莓‘顶峰’的离体快繁技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 以兔眼蓝莓‘顶峰’的带芽茎段为外植体,研究了腋芽诱导、增殖、生根和出瓶移栽的最佳培养条件,建立了‘顶峰’的离体快繁技术体系。结果表明:适宜芽诱导的培养基为WPM+ZT0.5mg/L;适宜苗增殖的培养基为WPM+ZT 1mg/L;适宜组培苗生根的培养基为WPM+ZT1.0mg/L+IBA 0.5mg/L。在生根培养基中用河沙代替琼脂粉固定植株,易于清洗出瓶苗根系上粘附的培养液,避免损伤不定根系,60d后组培苗的移栽成活率达80%。 Taking the stems with axillary buds fromVaccinium ashei‘Climax'as materials,the induction,propagation,rooting and transplanting of the plantlets were studied to set up technique of in vitro rapid propagation in‘Climax'.The results showed that the suitable medium for adventitious bud induction was WPM+ZT 0.5mg/L,the suitable medium for bud proliferation was WPM+ZT 1mg/L,the optimal medium for bud rooting was WPM+ZT 1.0mg/L+IBA0.5mg/L.During the rooting culture period,sand was used to fix plantlets instead of agar so that the medium which stuck to the root system could be washed easily and the roots could be protected from damage when transplanting.The survival rate reached 80%after 60days' transplanting.
