甲基托布津等药剂处理对冬枣贮藏保鲜效果的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以新疆和田冬枣为研究对象,采用低温冷藏方法,研究了不同药剂处理对冬枣贮藏保鲜的效果。结果表明:氯化钙和甲基托布津处理能抑制冬枣的腐烂,对贮藏保鲜有利。贮藏56d后,以0.10%甲基托布津溶液处理其腐烂率最低(48.40%),维生素C含量最高(58.864 6mg/100g);1%氯化钙和0.10%甲基托布津溶液处理其失重率最小(2.49%)、可溶性固形物含量最高(17.75%);0.05%甲基托布津溶液处理其果实硬度最大(8.68Pa);1%氯化钙和0.05%甲基托布津溶液处理其可滴定酸含量最低(0.33g/100mL)。综合考虑,以采用0.10%的甲基托布津溶液处理的效果较好,能较好地保存冬枣的营养成分,延长冬枣贮藏保鲜期。 The effect of different medicament treatments with the cold storage conditions(0-4℃temperature,90%-95%relative humidity)on fresh-keeping storage of winter jujube in Hetian area was studied.The results showed that the treatment of calcium chloride and Topsin-M could inhibit the decay of winter jujube and was beneficial to storage.After stored 56 days,the fruits had the lowest decay rate(48.40%)and the highest vitamin C content(58.864 6mg/100g)with treatment of 0.10%thiophanate methyl solution.When treatment with 1%calcium chloride and 0.10%thiophanate methyl solution,the jujube had the lowest weight rate(2.49%)and highest soluble solids content(17.75%).The fruits had the highest fruit firmness(8.68Pa)with treatment of 0.05% thiophanate methyl solution.It had the lowest titratable acid content(0.33g/100mL)with the treatment of 1% calcium chloride and 0.05% thiophanate methyl solution.Considering all these factors,the 0.10%thiophanate methyl solution was the best selection.It could effectively preserve the nutrients and prolong the storage period of winter jujube.
