摘要
EMS是一种操作简单、突变频率高、特异性强的典型化学诱变剂。EMS诱变获得的突变体对作物育种和功能基因组学研究具有非常重要的作用。该文综述了EMS化学诱变的原理、诱变效果的影响因素、突变体的筛选与鉴定以及EMS在部分农作物中的育种成就等方面的研究进展,同时对未来值得重点关注的研究方向进行了探讨。
EMS is a type of chemical mutagen,which can be simple to operate,has high mutation frequency and specificity.The mutants mutagenized by EMS have very important roles on crop breeding and research of functional genomics.In this article,we reviewed the literature on the research progress of mutation principle of EMS,the factors affecting mutation effect,the screening and identification of mutants and the breeding achievements of partial crops.We further discussed several important future directions in researches on EMS mutagenesis.
