摘要
日照华润置地广场项目位于日照市青岛路,其中1#办公楼为7度区的超限高层。结合类似工程经验[1],针对其超限情况,采取了结构抗震性能化的措施进行抗震设计。采用多种程序对结构进行了小震下的反应谱分析和弹性时程分析,对结构的关键构件进行了中震作用下的承载力复核,并对结构进行了大震作用下的弹塑性分析;最后结合工程具体情况,提出了详细的抗震加强措施。通过验算,该结构能实现预期的性能化目标。
Rizhao China Resources Land Square Project lies in Qingdao Road, and 1# building of this project is an out-of-codes high-rise building in the district of 7 degrees. Combined with the experience of similar projects[1] , giv- en the out-of-code situation, structural seismic performance-based design was adopted. Different programs were used to carry out response spectrum calculation and elastic time-history analysis under minor earthquakes, review on the bearing capacity of the key components under moderate earthquake, and elastic-plastic analysis under severe earthquake. Eventually, in combination with specific case of this project, detailed seismic strengthening measures were put forward to guarantee the realization of expected performance - based objective.
