摘要
目的研究木丹颗粒对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的作用疗效。方法采用STZ腹腔注射法制备DPN大鼠动物模型,分为模型+木丹颗粒(Ⅳ)组、模型+甲钴胺(Ⅲ)组,模型(Ⅱ)组和对照(Ⅰ)组,分别灌胃给药,观察木丹颗粒对DPN指标的影响。结果与Ⅱ组相比,Ⅳ组血糖下降,体重增加,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),神经传导速度增快(P<0.01),足迹步态参数足印长(PL)、足印宽(TS)、足中间三指宽(ITS)改善(P<0.01);与Ⅲ组相比,Ⅳ组血糖水平,体重水平,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),神经传导速度增快(P<0.01),足迹步态参数PL改善(P<0.01),TS、ITS差异无统计学意义。Ⅳ组表皮内神经纤维的数量与形态及周围神经的病理损害得到改善,其改善作用优于甲钴胺。结论木丹颗粒可改善糖尿病大鼠的周围神经病变指标,其作用效果优于甲钴胺。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of Mu Dan granules on diabetic peripheral neuropathy in experimental rats. Methods Rat models of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)were induced by intraperitoneal injection of STZ.All experimental rats were divided into 4groups:model+Mu Dan granules group(groupⅣ,n=10),model+mecobalamin group(groupⅢ,n=10),model group(groupⅡ,n=9)and normal group(group I,n=10).Drugs were given by intragastric administration. ResultsCompared with groupⅡ,blood glucose decreased and body weight increased in groupⅣ,but the difference was not statistically significant(P〉0.05);nerve conduction velocity increased(P〈0.01);footprint gait parameters including PL,TS and ITS were improved(P〈0.01).Compared with groupⅢ,the changes of blood glucose level and body weight in group Ⅳ were not statistically significant(P〉0.05);nerve conduction velocity increased in groupⅣ(P〈0.01);PL was improved(P〈0.01),but the differences of TS and ITS were not statistically significant;quantity and morphology of nerve fibers in the skin and pathological damage of peripheral nerve were significantly improved in group Ⅳ,suggesting Mu Dan granules' superiority to mecobalamin. Conclusion Mu Dan granules can significantly improve diabetic peripheral neuropathy in rats and is superior to mecobalamin.
