摘要 双缸双作用隔膜泵是煤化工领域固液两相介质输送的关键设备。曲轴作为隔膜泵的关键受力元件,确保其安全可靠对企业利益和现场操作人员的人身安全具有重要意义。通过几种常见曲轴优缺点的对比,确定双缸双作用隔膜泵的曲轴类型。分析曲轴受力情况,确定危险工况,运用ANSYS14.0分析软件对模拟危险工况下载荷的加载进行有限元分析,得到曲轴的静强度和刚度特性。研究结果确保了曲轴的安全性和可靠性,对双作用隔膜泵的优化设计具有参考价值。 Double cylinder difunctional diaphragm pump is the key equipment in coal water slurry conveying in coal chemical industry field. As the critical power transferring component in diaphragm pump,it is very important for the manufactory benefit and the workers safety to insure the reliable of crankshaft. Design the crankshaft by comparing advantages and disadvantages of several common crankshaft styles. The forces of crankshaft using traditional dynamics analysis method are researched,find the dangerous working condition. After that,simulate the crankshaft load and use FEA with ANSYS14. 0,determining the state of stress and deformation and the state of static strength and stiffness. The results ensure the safety and reliability of the part and have a high research value for optimization of crankshaft.
