摘要 以聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)为研究对象,自制了两种不同接枝率的官能化乙烯类弹性体增韧剂KT–22A和KT–27A,对阻燃增强PBT进行了增韧改性研究,并与进口的同类型增韧剂AX–8900的增韧效果进行对比。结果表明,以KT–27A增韧改性的聚丙烯酸五溴苄酯阻燃增强PBT综合性能基本达到了AX–8900,综合性能最佳,且无毒无害对环境友好,具有较为广阔的市场空间。 With polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) as the research object, two kinds of functional vinyl elastomeric toughening agentswith different grafting rate were prepared by ourselves, named KT–22A and KT–27A,respectively;and the toughening modification for the flame retardant reinforced PBT were studied. Moreover,their reinforced performance with AX–8900 was compared,the imported toughening agent of the same type. The results indicate that the integrated performance of the harmless and environment-friendly polypentabromobenzyl acrylate(PBBPA)flame retardant reinforce PBT materials with the toughening modification of KT–27A is close to the AX–8900, becoming the best. This kind of as-prepared PBT material has a promising future in the market.
